Growing up in a crime-ridden, poor community, I understand how today’s inner-city climate inhibits young peoples' ability to expect greatness beyond what they see. I was able to rise above my circumstances, attend college, and become a successful aviation professional.

Now, as an international speaker, I spend countless hours with youth and adults, inspiring each group to do their part to build a future of global economic empowerment and impactful STEM communities.
